St Andrew’s joint green bid wins £350,000

A joint bid to turn St Andrews into one of UK’s greenest communities has won a £347,770 grant from the Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) of the Scottish Government.

Transition, the University of St Andrews’ environmental awareness project, prepared the bid in collaboration with St Andrews Environmental Network (StAndEn). As part of a three-year project, the two parties will work together to reduce carbon emissions and foster greener behaviour across St Andrews town and in the university.
